Dress Listing Terms And Conditions

When adding or buying a dress from a seller you are agreeing with the terms and conditions set out below. There are only a few, and this only serves to aid buyers/sellers and RinceWeb.

The site

This site is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for any incidents that arise as a result of you adding or buying a dress from this site including but not limited to: fraud, deception or buyer/sellers dishonesty.

We will help any individual to the best of our ability should any situation arise, but your own judgment and caution should be exercised at all times. You accept all payment disputes and issues that occur as a result of your buying/selling a dress. Again, we will help you if we are able.

Listing Fees

If adding anything other that a free listing, you must pay your listing fee in a timely manor. Users who try adding a paid listing (without paying the listing fee) to see if it will be listed will find that it wont. Adding dresses this way takes up valuable resources that could have been used by someone else. You agree to not try and get "free" listings by trying to bypass our system. Users found doing this or similar acts may be banned from the site.

Pricing

We have left the option to edit your dress price open at this time. You may change your price as and when you would like. But you MUST NOT add your dress and reduce the price to show up in the reduced category, or to try and sell you dress by misleading people to believe they will save £xxx when buying the dress when they are not. If we find that people are doing this we will limit the number of times you can edit your listing, or revoke the privilege all together.

Refunds

When listing a dress using a fee based option there will be no refunds given for any reason. Even if you sell your dress within a week or you don't sell it at all. Your listing fee will not be returned!
